BACKGROUND: The Marion County Builders' Association will hold a fundraiser ("King of the Wing") in downtown Ocala on Tuesday, March 26th, 2024, from 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm that will benefit ARC Marion Inc. The event will include food vendors in the downtown Ocala event zone as well as a temporary state license for the Builders' Association/ARC to sell alcohol (beer and wine).
The Marion County Builders' Association is also proposing that on-premises licensed vendors within the event zone (see attached Exhibit) be allowed to sell beer, wine, and liquor as part of the event. The following vendors will be participating:

? Mark's Prime
? The Lodge
? Brick City BBQ
The following businesses with on-premises alcohol permits will not be participating in the event or are located outside of the King of the Wing event zone:
