Economic Development Manager Roberto Ellis reported to the Advisory Committee that there  
are currently no new applications.

Attachments:  
Economic Development Manager Roberto Ellis presented the budget update. He reported  
a grant amount of $500,000, with expenses to date totaling $336,670, leaving a  
remaining balance of $163,330. The majority of this balance will be utilized for the Reed  
Place Brownfields Revitalization Plan. The grant is scheduled to conclude in September  
2026.

Economic Development Manager Roberto Ellis reviewed the Community Outreach  
Meeting held on November 21, 2024, noting that fifty-seven (57) community members  
attended and fifty-eight (58) online surveys were submitted.  
Mr. Ellis provided an overview of upcoming tasks, including steps to remove  
groundwater restrictions placed on Parcel B. This requires four (4) consecutive quarters  
of sampling results demonstrating that contamination levels are below applicable  
groundwater cleanup target levels.  
Mr. Ellis also presented estimated comparative costs for various cleanup alternatives.

Economic Development Manager Roberto Ellis reviewed the upcoming expirations of  
Brownfields Advisory Committee terms for Evan Kornacki and Luzonia Waters. An email  
notification has been sent to those members.
