wood fence with black aluminum fencing and add six Podocarpus plants and a pool with  
a paver decking to rear yard.  
Matt and Tina Villela, 814 SE 4th Street said he wants to put a pool and replace the fence  
and the Podocarpus plants for privacy.

Ms. Miller said she would like to get some feedback from the Board before submitting  
the CLG Annual Report at the end of November.  
Ms. Townsend requested to have funding assistance program trainings or information.  
The Board discussed having a contractor list for the Historic District would be a conflict  
of interest.  
Ms. Miller said there is online training available and asked the Board when they would  
be available. The Board agreed to Thursday.  
Ms. Townsend said she would like to residents connect with professionals that are  
willing to help.  
Mr. McCullough asked if the Board could have some partnership with HOPS and  
provide a list of references.  
Ms. Miller said the homeowners in the Historic District have to attempt to refurbish the  
windows before getting a grant.  
The Board agreed that the Israel Brown house and the Marion Hotel has been a success  
story in the Historic District.
