BACKGROUND:
Drainage Retention Area (DRA)#133 consists of two parcels, (please refer to the attachment), one owned by the City, the other owned by FDOT. To facilitate the installation of a Suntree Box, the FDOT conveyed their parcel to the City and now requests the acceptance of a Perpetual Drainage Easement and Joint Use Agreement for DRA #133. Acceptance of the agreement will provide perpetual stormwater runoff support from SR 492.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
Engineering staff has reviewed the request and recommends Council’s approval.
