* This property is contiguous to the city limits.
* Annexation was requested to obtain city services.
* Low Intensity land use is proposed with an associated land use policy.
* PD zoning will be required by the associated land use policy.
* A vacation of plat is planned to remove the unimproved ROWs amid these parcels.
* The Ocala Planning & Zoning Commission recommended approval by a 6 to 0 vote.

AN ORDINANCE ANNEXING TO THE CITY OF OCALA, FLORIDA, CERTAIN PROPERTY LOCATED NORTHEAST OF THE INTERSECTION OF SW 7TH AVENUE AND SW 32ND STREET, SECTION 30, TOWNSHIP 15 SOUTH, RANGE 22 EAST, MARION COUNTY, FLORIDA, PURSUANT TO CHAPTER 171, FLORIDA STATUTES PROVIDING FOR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SAID ANNEXATION, DESCRIBING THE AREA TO BE ANNEXED; PROVIDING FOR SEVERABILITY; PROVIDING FOR THE REPEAL OF CONFLICTING ORDINANCES; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
