FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
Staff recommends replacing vehicles 04-019, 04-026, 04-102, and 04-941 to support the Ocala Police Department's critical operations. Insurance proceeds will be utilized to facilitate the purchase from Alan Jay Fleet Sales under Sourcewell Contract No. 2026 091521-NAF.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The combined replacement cost is $226,495. The City's General Liability fund (626-099-999-590-81-45020) will pay $92,444. The remaining $134,051 will be paid from the Ocala Police Department's Machinery and Equipment account (001-018-602-521-66-64010) and is available in the Fiscal Year 2025-26 budget.
