BACKGROUND:
Staff requests the approval of an Agreement for Subordination of Utility Interest for an Electric Easement that encumbers Marion County Parcel 13689-000-00. The subordination is in support of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Interstate I-75 Expansion Project. FDOT will cover all expenses related to locating, protecting, adjusting, relocating, or removing City facilities if necessary.
