BACKGROUND:
PRP Hangars, LLC (PRP) is a tenant at the Ocala International Airport providing advanced flight training, aircraft maintenance, aircraft charter, and aircraft management services. At the request of their financial institution, PRP requests the execution and recording of a Memorandum of Lease.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
PRP has been a tenant since 2021 and is in good standing.
FISCAL IMPACT:
None.
PROCUREMENT REVIEW:
N/A. This Memorandum of Lease has undergone internal review in compliance with the City’s Procurement Policy.
LEGAL REVIEW:
This Memorandum will be reviewed and approved for form and legality by City Attorney, William E. Sexton.
