BACKGROUND:
Cal Hearthstone Lot Option Pool 01, L.P., current owners of the Heath Preserve subdivision, request the release of Temporary Construction Easements (TCEs). The City of Ocala was granted an easement to construct a Water and Stormwater Drainage System (Facility). The City was also granted TCEs, twenty five feet in width, surrounding the easement/construction area. The TCEs were designated to be released upon the completion of the Facility. The construction of the Facility was completed; however, the TCEs were not released.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
The release of the TCEs were reviewed and approved by the Stormwater Department. Staff recommends approval.
