BACKGROUND:
The Community Redevelopment Area (CRA) Agency and City Council adopted resolutions on December 20, 2016, to establish the North Magnolia CRA Advisory Committee and nine members were appointed. The CRA Agency and City Council adopted resolutions on August 16, 2022, to reduce the North Magnolia CRA Advisory Committee to seven members. Staff is proposing that the CRA Agency and City Council appoint David McCollister for a term expiring on March 1, 2027.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
Members of the North Magnolia CRA Advisory Committee are a part of the North Magnolia business community. North Magnolia CRA Advisory Committee members shall serve four-year terms and may be reappointed.
