BACKGROUND:
After a competitive solicitation process, Bradford County, Florida, awarded Contract No. BCSO2019-01 (the "Bradford County Agreement") to Dana Safety Supply, Inc. ("Dana Supply") for the provision of certain public safety/emergency vehicle and non-vehicle accessories for a term of five years, commencing July 15, 2019, and ending July 14, 2024.
