BACKGROUND:
The Airport Advisory Board assists the City Council and makes recommendations on subjects such as construction projects, leases, land sales, state and federal grants, and other matters relating to the Ocala International Airport.
The board consists of five members. Former board member Tod Wojciechowski resigned. Three applications have been submitted for consideration to fill the vacancy: Thad Boyd III, Robert Little, and Paul Nehring. Council is asked to vote for one applicant to be appointed for a new four-year term ending April 7, 2030.
