BACKGROUND:
On October 26, 2021, the City of Ocala ("City") and Pace Analytical Services, LLC ("PACE") entered into an Agreement for Environmental Water Testing (the "Agreement"). Under the Agreement, PACE furnishes all materials, labor, and equipment needed for environmental water (wastewater and drinking water) testing services for the Water Resources Department's Compliance Monitoring Division. This testing is on behalf of two wastewater treatment facilities, two water treatment facilities, and one water quality laboratory permit-required analysis for regulatory agencies. Staff recommends approval.
FISCAL IMPACT:
Funding for this contract will be budgeted for Fiscal Year 2025-26 in ac...
