BACKGROUND:
Petitioner/ Property Owner: Roger Ogilvie and Luisa Ogilvie Applicant Request: The applicant is requesting to replace the existing fencing, including the existing rear and side gates and install new fencing. The proposal includes the following:
A six-foot-tall wood stockade fence with a five-foot-wide gate, connecting the rear left corner of the garage to the existing fence along the rear property line.
A four-foot-tall wood stockade fence with a four-foot-wide gate, connecting the front right corner of the garage to the rear left corner of the house.
A four-foot-tall wood stockade fence with a four-foot-wide gate, connecting the front right corner of the home to the existing fence along the right property line.
The submitted product information identifies the proposed six-foot wood stockade fencing as a solid privacy panel measuring six feet in height by eight feet in width. The panel is constructed of wood and features pointed pickets with a flat-top profile.
The product is also identified as paintable or stainable. The current proposal represents a revision to the previous application. The previous proposal included white vinyl privacy and picket fencing. The revised proposal changes the fencing material to wood.
