BACKGROUND: Staff proposes an ordinance to allow multi-family dwellings as part of a shopping center zoning district. The ordinance will encourage a mixture of uses, infill development, and redevelopment opportunities.   

 

FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS: This ordinance is consistent with the comprehensive plan and the 2035 Vision Plan. Staff recommends approval.
