BACKGROUND: The property owners of the aforementioned parcels, request the approval of the two attached QCDs to provide a correction to the erroneous legal descriptions associated with the abrogation of NW 17th Place (RESOLUTION NO. 2005-99). Additionally, approval of the QCDs will release the oil and mineral right reservation that was erroneously omitted in the conveyance deeds recorded in OR Book 4002, at page 0337.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS: Staff from Survey and the Engineering Department reviewed and accepted the proposed QCDs. Staff recommends approval.

LEGAL REVIEW: The Quit Claim Deeds were reviewed and approved for form and legality by City Attorney Robert Batsel.
