BACKGROUND:
On May 30, 2023, the City entered into an agreement with PMA Management Corp. (Contract No. RSK 230094) to provide third-party administration services for the City's liability and workers' compensation claims. The original contract term runs from April 1, 2023, through March 30, 2026.
Pursuant to the terms of the agreement, one three-year renewal period is available. PMA has formally confirmed its consent to extend the contract for the renewal term. PMA Management Corp. is the City's current third-party administrator and provides claims handling, reporting, compliance, and program support for all liability and workers' compensation claims.

PMA's continued service supports operational efficiency, improved claims handling, and mitigation of risk exposure. Staff recommends approval.
FISCAL IMPACT:
The contract sum for the renewal term shall not exceed $802,239 for the period April 1, 2026, through March 30,...
