BACKGROUND:
This Blanket Electric Easement was granted and recorded by Cal Hearthstone without following the City’s required review, acceptance and recording process. The subject property (parcel #21670-000-00) is in the process of being platted with a dedicated easement that will more specifically identify and replace this blanket easement. Once approved, the plat and easement release will be recorded simultaneously.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
The release of the Blanket Electric Easement was reviewed and approved by the Electric Department. Staff recommends approval.
