BACKGROUND: The College Park Townhomes Subdivision is a 21-lot attached single-family residential development on 1.71 acres. The developer is Armstrong Land, LLC, and the plat was prepared by JCH Consulting Group. All improvements within the boundary of the subdivision will be privately maintained by the homeowners’ association. Construction of the infrastructure and buildings is underway. The developer’s agreement addressing subdivision and site plan improvements was approved at the May 3, 2022 City Council meeting.
Case No. SUB22-44997 (final plat) was recommended for approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission on April 10, 2023.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS: The revised plat has been submitted, is under review
and the title opinion has been updated. Legal review and staff comments must be satisfied prior to plat recordation. Clearances from Florida Department of Environmental Protection for the water and wastewater systems must be obtained prior to placing these systems into service and issuing of Certificate of Occupancies.
