BACKGROUND:

The property owner desires to develop this residential property which is currently completely encumbered by Blanket Easements.  Staff requests the release of the Blanket Easements that encumber parcels #24228-003-00 and #24228-002-00. The Blanket Easements will be exchanged for Specific Replacement Easements. The sketches and legal descriptions of the Replacement Easements are attached. The Release and Replacement Easements will be recorded simultaneously.  

FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:

The Blanket and Replacement Easements have been reviewed and approved by the Ocala Electric and Engineering Departments. Staff recommends approval.
