BACKGROUND:
Staff requests the release of an electric utility easement granted to the City of Ocala by Ocala 623 Land Development, LLC, as recorded in Marion County Official Records Book 5283, Page 1084. The facilities installed within the easement area have been abandoned and removed. A release map has been attached for clarification of the location.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
City staff has no current or future use for the easement and recommends approval.
