BACKGROUND:
The Sales and Purchase Contract for three one-acre parcels to Ocala Aviation, LLC requires an addendum to change three aspects of the agreement:
1. Change the closing agent from Gooding & Batsel, PLLC, to Florida First Title & Transaction Services, LLC;
2. Change the closing date from on or before April 30, 2023, to on or before November 30, 2023; and
3. Change the authorized signer for Ocala Aviation, LLC from Ronnie Towater to Bradley P. Broersma, as Title Manager of Ocala Aviation, LLC.
The Council approved contract is attached.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
The contract was presented and adopted by the Ocala City Council on March 7, 2023. Staff recommends approval.
