BACKGROUND:

The OCF Midfield Hangars Condominium Association, Inc. was constructed in 2022 and consists of one building with six separately owned individual hangars.  The development sits just north of a vacant lot where a proposed hangar is actively being designed by Enoch Aviation, LLC.  To construct this hangar, Enoch requires a tapered pavement fillet to safely access the taxilane east of the proposed hangar.  This fillet area sits on the southeast corner of the Midfield hangar campus.

This proposed Second Amendment revises OCF Midfield Hangars Condominium Association, Inc. Lease Exhibit A, removing this fillet area from the lease area.

FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:

The proposed lease amendment was circulated to the Midfield tenants and concerns regarding proximity to new hangar, access restrictions, or conflicts, etc. were addressed.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

PROCUREMENT REVIEW:

The Second Amendment was reviewed in compliance with the City’s Procurement Policy.

LEGAL REVIEW:

This Agreement will be reviewed and approved for form and legality by City Attorney, William E. Sexton.
