BACKGROUND:
Please find attached a copy of the 2024 AHAC Report that will require approval at our Wednesday, December 4, 2024 meeting. It was decided that we would keep the incentives the same for the life of the Local Housing Action (LHAP), 3 years, to give ample time to implement strategies and to be able to determine if the initiatives are able to generate any positive momentum in developing affordable housing units and lessening the barriers to do so. The approved report will go before City Council on December 17th, 2024.
