BACKGROUND:

Staff requests the approval of an Agreement for Subordination of Utility Interest for three Electric Easements that encumber Marion County Parcels 13689-002-00 and 13539-002-00.  The subordination is in support of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Interstate 75 Expansion Project.  FDOT will cover all expenses related to locating, protecting, adjusting, relocating, or removing City facilities if necessary.
