BACKGROUND:
This easement was granted and recorded by the Grantors, Tammy L. Swain and David L. Butler, without following the City’s required review, acceptance, and recording process. An approved replacement easement has been recorded in Official Records Book 8131, Page 1098-1102.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
Release of this easement is necessary to correct the Clerk’s official records. Staff recommends approval.
