BACKGROUND:
The sales and purchase contract for three one-acre parcels to Ocala Aviation, LLC was previously amended with Addendum 1. The agreement requires an additional addendum to change two aspects of the agreement:
1. Change the closing date as amended by Addendum 1, from on or before November 30, 2023, to on or before July 11, 2024; and
2. Change buyer to “Ocala Aviation, LLC and/or its assigns”.
The Council approved contract and the first addendum are attached.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
The contract was presented to and adopted by the Ocala City Council March 7, 2023. Addendum 1 was presented to and adopted by Council October 17, 2023. Staff recommends approval.

This contract addendum has been reviewed by the Procurement and Contracting Officer in compliance with City policy.
