BACKGROUND:
The proposed encroachment agreement will allow the owner of parcel #35300-031-01 to construct a billboard that will encroach a 20-foot-wide utility easement that was granted to the City of Ocala. The encroachment area is less than one foot wide and rises 20 feet above the ground.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
The proposed encroachment agreement has been reviewed by City staff. Staff recommends approval.
