BACKGROUND:
Staff requests the release of a utility easement granted to the City of Ocala by Mary Wilkerson as recorded in Marion County Deed Book 338, Page 465. The utility easement encumbers Parcels 22854-000-00 and 22852-000-00. The facilities installed within the easement area have been abandoned and removed. A release map has been attached for location clarification.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
City Staff has no current or future use for the easement. Staff recommends approval.
