The addition will incorporate GAF Timberline shingles in a charcoal color and Pella Reserve Traditional wood windows and doors.
* Alteration of an existing rear window opening to accommodate French doors. The proposed Pella Reserve Traditional wood French doors will include a New England grille pattern intended to match the existing architectural style of the residence.
* Construction of a rear landing and steps associated with the proposed addition.
