BACKGROUND:
Staff requests the approval of the Release of Easement document for the above ground electric line that was recorded in Original Record Book 04773, Pages 1874-1877, April 2007. The current property owner HTM Developers, LLC has agreed to grant an Electric Utility Easement to facilitate an underground Electric Line on the same parcel.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
Staff from the Electric Department has reviewed and accepted the release of easement. Staff recommends Council’s approval.
