The applicant is requesting to replace the existing fencing including the existing rear and side gates and install new fencing. The proposal includes approximately 133 linear feet of 6-foot-tall white vinyl privacy fencing, 16 linear feet of 4-foot-tall white vinyl privacy fencing, and 89 linear feet of 3-foot-tall white vinyl picket fencing, along with replacement of the existing rear and side gates. The proposal includes both the replacement of existing fencing and the installation of new fencing. Refer to the attached application packet for additional information.
