BACKGROUND:
Staff recommends the partial release of the Electric Utility Easement recorded on OR book 1407, Page 7. The Electric Department confirmed that the easement area has no installed facilities and no current or future use. The attached survey illustrates the easement area that will be released, in green; and the remaining easement area, illustrated in pink, will remain active.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
The partial release of easement has been reviewed and accepted by the Electric Department. Staff recommends approval.

PROCUREMENT REVIEW:
The Release of Easement has been reviewed by the Procurement and Contracting Officer in compliance with City policy.
LEGAL REVIEW:
This Agreement has been reviewed and approved for form and legality by City Attorney, William E. Sexton.
