BACKGROUND:
Pursuant to the Code of Ordinances City of Ocala Florida, Article II, Section 2.17, all appointments of city officials made by the City Council as authorized by the charter shall be made at the second meeting in October of even-numbered years and shall be for a term of two (2) years commencing the following November 1.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
Request reappointment of William Sexton as City Attorney.
