BACKGROUND:

Ocala Fiber Network (OFN) previously re-negotiated our 10 Gig connections with Lumen Technologies Group for Contract# OFN/210914 and Contract# OFN/220161.  With increased customer demands, an upgrade is essential. The Lumen Technologies Group three-year agreement for 20 Gigs in the amount of $302,472 will be added to the existing contracts. The billing will not begin until OFN is ready to accept and activate the services.  OFN has ordered and is awaiting delivery of two core routers in preparation for the increased internet bandwidth usage.  This ensures our 99.9 percent reliability rate.
