BACKGROUND:
City Council was recently presented with a information concerning the City’s options concerning how to staff the city attorney’s office. That presentation, and support materials given to Council, made disturbing allegations about our offices ethical conduct. The allegations are false. We have not been given an opportunity to refute these allegations. We demand an opportunity to do so.
