* Petitioner/Property Owner: Dessiree Troncoso (Anna Jo Partnership, LLC)
Key Points:
The petitioner is requesting to annex the subject properties into the city to facilitate future development of the site and connection to available city utilities. The petitioner has submitted two concurrent petitions:
* Future land use amendment to change the future land use classification from High Residential (County) to Medium Intensity/Special District (City) (LUC24-45705)
* Rezoning to change the zoning from R-3, Multi-Family Residential (County), to PD, Planned Development (City) (PD24-45706).
The subject properties consist of two parcels totaling 39.33 acres, located within a Marion County enclave in the City of Ocala. Both parcels are designated for high-density residential use under County zoning (R-3, Multi-Family) and land use (High Residential, up to 8 units/acre).
