BACKGROUND:
This blanket easement was granted to the City in 1989. It is located on property outside of the Ocala Electric Utility territory and the City has no facilities currently in place.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
The release of this Blanket Electric Easement has been reviewed by Ocala Electric Utility and has determined the easement has no current or future use. Staff recommends approval.
