BACKGROUND:
The term for former board member Theodore Smith expired March 1, 2024 and he did not re-apply, creating a vacancy for a 3-year term which ends March 1, 2027. Noelle Smith has submitted an application to fill the remainder of this term.
There were no other applications, and there are currently 2 other vacancies on this board. The vacancies remain advertised on the City’s website.
