BACKGROUND:
The Airport Advisory Board assists the City Council and makes recommendations on subjects such as construction projects, leases, land sales, state and federal grants, and other matters relating to the Ocala International Airport.
The board consists of five members. A vacancy was created following the passing of board member Terry Crawford. Three applications have been submitted for consideration to fill the vacancy: Camp Clifford, Robert Little, and Paul Nehring. Council is asked to vote for one applicant to be appointed for a new four-year term ending September 1, 2030.
