Applicant Request:
The applicant is requesting approval to install three new, custom-fabricated solid copper awnings over three existing windows on the west elevation of the residence. The proposed awnings will be fabricated by Robinson Custom Metals & Welding and will match the existing copper awnings previously approved and installed on adjacent windows. Each awning will be constructed of solid copper and will measure approximately 10-inches in height, 10-inches in projection/depth, and width of approximately 3-feet, 4-feet, and 5-feet, respectively, to correspond with the size of each window. Refer to the attached application packet for additional information.
