The enclosed invoices include work performed during April 2023 by Gilligan, Anderson, Phelan & Williams, PA. Enclosed are the separate invoices for services provided, which collectively result in the overall amounts stated above for general city business legal services and risk management-related legal services.
PROCUREMENT REVIEW:
These goods and services were procured in compliance with the City’s procurement policy.
