BACKGROUND:
Staff requests the approval of an Agreement for Subordination of Utility Interest for three Electric Easements. The subordination is in support of the Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) Interstate 75 Expansion Project. FDOT will cover all expenses related to locating, protecting, adjusting, relocating, or removing City facilities, if necessary.
