BACKGROUND:
Staff requests the release of the Electric Easement recorded in Marion County Public Record Book 4545, Page 0882. The easement is located on the Rooms To Go parcel on Highway 200. The facilities installed within the easement area were abandoned and replaced by the Electric Easement recorded in Marion County Book Public Record Book 7956, Page 1944.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
The Electric Department has no current or future use for the easement. Staff recommends approval.
