BACKGROUND:
The Board of Adjustment considers applications for zoning variances and special exception considerations for business and residential construction projects within the Ocala city limits.
The board consists of seven members. The term of board member James Hartley expires on March 1, 2026, and he has applied for reappointment to a new four-year term ending on March 1, 2030.
