BACKGROUND:
Staff requests the release of the Right to Cross Easement that was recorded in ORB153, Page 662 of Marion County Public Record in 1963. The easement granted the City of Ocala the right to cross a private parcel with equipment. The easement encumbers Marion County Parcel # 22688-000-00, the future location of the New Mt. Moriah Church.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
The easement is of no current or future use to the City of Ocala. Staff recommends approval.
