BACKGROUND:
Staff seeks approval to include Marion County Parcel #23561-000-00 to the City’s surplus property list. The 2.33 acre parcel is located south of SW 20th Court just north of Highway 200. The parcel is land locked; therefore, the intention is to donate the surplus parcel to the owner of the adjacent parcel to the north (Parcel #23553-003-00). The City’s surplus property list is available to the public at:

FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
The parcel was presented and reviewed by all departments. The City has no current or future planned uses for the parcel. Staff recommends approval.
