BACKGROUND: The developer is George N. Snelling, LLC, and the plat was prepared by Rogers Engineering, LLC. The property was developed in 1984 as a shopping center under B-4 zoning.
The plat consists of four lots on 11.01 acres. No infrastructure improvements are required with this plat.
Case No. SUB24-45769 (final plat) was recommended for approval by the Planning and Zoning Commission on November 13, 2024.
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS: A plat is required to create additional outparcels.
Development of newly created outparcels will require a site plan for review and approval. Title opinion will require updating prior to plat recordation.
