BACKGROUND:
Staff requests the release of an Electric Easement that is located at the west property line of Marion County Parcel #2390-000-000 (this will be replaced with an Electric Easement on the east property line of the same parcel).
FINDINGS AND CONCLUSIONS:
The Electric Department reviewed and confirmed that there is no current or future use for the easement that is proposed to be released. Staff recommends approval.
