BACKGROUND:
* Petitioner and Property Owner: City of Ocala
* Subject Property: Parcel 25785-000-00 (0.52 acres)
Key Points:
City staff identified several City owned properties that do not have the appropriate city designations. This petition provides the appropriate future land use designation for this subject property and furthers the city's ability to provide for, or enhance, city services and infrastructure in this area of the city.
This is a city staff-initiated request to change the Future Land Use designation for the subject property from Neighborhood to Public.
